So many of us struggle with back pain on a daily basis due to our daily activities that have us constantly leaning forward, or sitting for long periods of time. Thankfully, yoga can offer great relief to back pain! Certain postures can help stretch and strengthen your muscles, lengthen your spine, and return your back to its proper alignment.
Enjoy these 13 postures for back pain relief. Hold each posture for 30-60 seconds, repeat on each side.
